On September 17 of each year or the first day back to school PB Cosmetology School will hold a day dedicated the Constitution of the United States. At least three months before holding this event we will activity request suggestion from our current student body and staff on how they feel that we could best commemorate the September 17, 1787 signing of the Constitution.
